How much are the delivery costs?

Standard delivery of items up to one truck costs $175 if the address within the 50 miles. If the address is not within 50 miles of the Star Cabinets warehouse located 4702 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77041, please ask for a quote.

Do you ship other states?

Yes, we ship the goods within the United States.

What is the usual lead time and delivery?

Once we received a purchase order(which can be payment slip, authorization form or PO depending on your status) from you, it will take 3 weeks to prepare your order for delivery. If you have custom and modified cabinets in your order, lead times might increase depending on customization.

What happens if I am absent during delivery?

If you are absent during delivery, we will have to charge $175 for trip because we sent out 2 personnel to load and unload your items, and we need reschedule it.

How to make a return?

We do not accept returns unless there are damages and mistakes with your cabinets. Please make sure to take picture of the boxes with the labels and cabinets along with the close up pictures of the problem so we can process your RMA.
